The Volkswagen Tipo 2, "Transporter", known also as Volkswagen Kombiwagen (Kombinationfahrzeug's abbreviation: vehicle of combined use), Volkswagen Bus or simply Volkswagen Combi. It is a van produced by the German manufacturer Volkswagen from the year 1950. From his(her,your) beginnings he was named Volkswagen Transporter, or Volkswagen Bus in case of the passengers' versions. It(he,she) exists in versions pickup, camper and van of passengers and of load (the latter named in some markets Volkswagen Panel).The Transporter includes several generations, named "T" (of Transporter), from the T1 (1950) up to the current one T5. The front window of the T1 is divided(departed) and it is possible to open, whereas that of the T2 is of the only(unique) piece and hinge. The German version of the T1 finished in 1967, whereas the Brazilian model was modified partially in 1975. The T2 took place(was produced) in Germany between the year 1968 and 1979; from 1970, and until 1994 it was produced in Mexico, and from 1953 equally it(he,she) takes place(is produced) in Brazil, where it(he,she) continues the Kombi T2 being made up to the present.
